Job summary

Griffin is a fully regulated UK bank powering accounts and payments for fintechs and platforms. The Connect team builds technology, pricing, and banking enablement for mid-market to enterprise clients in payments, lending, and digital assets.

You will own deals from lead to signed terms, explain API architectures and safeguarding, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Product. A strong writing skillset and curious, autonomous mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Built and closed own pipeline.
• Strong grasp of payments and banking infrastructure to discuss with compliance teams.
• Sold complex deals with long cycles and multi-stakeholder approvals.
• Excellent written communication for high-value proposals.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline from first lead to signed commercial terms.
• Lead whiteboard sessions on account structures and write the technical proposals.
• Price and structure deals for complex accounts in collaboration with RevOps and Finance.
• Address regulatory and compliance questions early to prevent objections.
• Negotiate non-standard client requirements with Legal, Compliance and Product.
