Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in technology or audiovisual sales, a proven track record engaging executive stakeholders, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience developing relationships with executive-level stakeholders and Fortune 500 customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of clients through networking, prospecting, referrals, and leads generated through company marketing and business development efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, Fortune 500 companies, architects, consultants, construction firms, and technology stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery meetings and provide consultative AV technology recommendations that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through project handoff and customer follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and business development activity tracking.
• Achieve revenue growth objectives, qualified opportunity targets, and other key sales performance metrics.
• Participate in industry networking organizations, trade events, and professional associations to promote Level 3 Audio Visual and expand market presence.
