EOS IT Solutions is seeking an AV Break-Fix Technician to maintain enterprise AV systems across three New York City locations and one New Jersey site. You will provide hands-on break-fix support, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management for conference rooms, executive spaces, and training environments.

The role requires CTS/Dante certifications or equivalent, a technical degree, and proven experience with enterprise AV monitoring and multi-site support.

Qualificações

• CTS, CTS‑D, Dante Certification, or equivalent AV industry certifications.
• Formal education in Electronics, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise AV environments across multiple locations.
• Experience with executive conference rooms and mission critical collaboration spaces.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary on-site escalation point for AV issues across NYC and NJ locations.
• Troubleshoot AV hardware, software, control systems, audio, video, and networking.
• Restore AV systems with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Update and document service tickets daily with accurate records.
• Perform root cause analysis to improve long-term AV reliability.
• Coordinate firmware, software, and system updates for AV tech.
• Manage RMAs, warranty replacements, and vendor repairs when needed.
