Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an on-site Audio Visual Maintenance Technician to support Tier 2 video conferencing equipment and deliver ongoing VC technical support. You will diagnose issues in-room, perform break-fix tasks, and assist with commissioning retrofits and new builds.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, and other AV hardware, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team to maintain 99% uptime.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, ClearOne and other AV/VC related hardware.

Responsibilities

• Primary on-site technician to fix 99% of issues in rooms.
• Primary user-facing point of contact for VC issues.
• Provide client-facing support and de-escalate technical failures.
• Perform break-fix tasks within SLA.
• Maintain 99% uptime for VC gear and repairs.
• Tag and document all tasks and requests.
