n8n is a remote-first, enterprise-grade workflow orchestration platform. This role focuses on driving customer outcomes during deployments, building an automation operating model, and identifying scalable automation opportunities for enterprise clients.

On-site work and collaboration with Forward Deployed Engineers are central to turning complex problems into adopted workflows that deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

Experience deploying for enterprise customers at a B2B software company.
On-site customer deployment experience in complex environments.
Ability to map business processes to automation opportunities.
Experience defining governance and operating models for scale.
Ability to build value cases and ROI-driven roadmaps.
Strong communication with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the organizational workstream during on-site deployments from kickoff to closeout.
Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate problems into adopted workflows.
Keep engagements focused on high-value opportunities for scale.
Define automation operating model with governance and ownership.
Develop an automation roadmap and ROI logic.
Bridge business needs with technical teams and ensure adoption.
