You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers to craft value-driven workflows, governance, and adoption plans that scale across complex environments.

Qualifications
- Enterprise deployment experience in a B2B software company.
- On-site customer experience delivering value with enterprise clients.
- Ability to map business processes to automation opportunities.
- Capability to define governance, ownership, and operating models.
- Experience building value cases and prioritizing automation roadmaps.
- Strong technical fluency without requiring code writing, plus architecture awareness.
- Proven ability to build trust across levels and stakeholders.
- Excellent storytelling to convey complex concepts to executives.
- Willingness to travel 30–50% for on-site engagements in Europe.
- Fluency in English for technical, operational, and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer outcomes during deployments at enterprise scale.
- Lead deployment workstreams from kickoff to closeout alongside engineers.
- Build and govern automation operating models for scale.
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across environments.
- Navigate organizations to align stakeholders and enable adoption.
