Job summary

1898 & Co. seeks an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Service Offering Director to lead and scale a dual-platform practice across North America, focusing on IFS Cloud and IBM Maximo for utility and infrastructure clients.

You will define go-to-market strategy, architect EAM/APM solutions, and oversee high-value client engagements. In this hybrid leadership role within the Enterprise System & Integration team, you will mentor delivery staff, build a trusted advisory relationship with executives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, CS, MIS, or related field with 13 years of relevant experience.
• Proven success managing consulting engagements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with IBM Maximo and/or IFS Cloud EAM platforms.
• Knowledge of utility sector North America desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define EAM strategy and go-to-market roadmap for EAM and APM services with IFS/Maximo.
• Lead executive client conversations and build trust with utilities.
• Architect integrated EAM/APM solutions meeting safety and regulatory needs.
• Oversee complex implementations and QA/QC processes.
• Mentor and scale the delivery team.
