Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Service Offering Director to lead and scale a dual-platform EAM practice focusing on IFS Cloud and IBM Maximo for utility and infrastructure clients across North America.

This hybrid leadership role blends strategy, business development, solution architecture, and delivery oversight in our Enterprise System & Integration team. You will define go-to-market strategy, lead high-value sales pursuits, architect integrated EAM/APM solutions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, CS, MIS, or related field; 13 years of experience.
• Excellent business acumen with proven consulting engagements.
• Strong analytical skills for large data sets.
• Ability to uncover customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of financial concepts.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the EAM strategy and go-to-market roadmap.
• Build the brand at industry events and publish thought leadership.
• Develop sales enablement collateral and demos.
• Lead executive client conversations on EAM needs.
• Architect integrated EAM/APM solutions.
• Own client proposals and manage pipeline.
• Oversee complex implementations and QA/QC.
• Mentor and scale the delivery team.
• Ensure safety compliance.
