Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Service Offering Director to lead and scale our EAM practice across North America, focusing on IFS Cloud and IBM Maximo for utility and infrastructure clients.

You will shape strategy, drive sales pursuits, and oversee delivery on complex asset management transformations. As part of Burns & McDonnell’s advisory arm, you’ll partner with utilities, mentor talent, and accelerate growth while ensuring high-quality, enterprise-wide digital

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with IBM Maximo and/or IFS Cloud EAM platforms.
• Strong consulting engagements management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication with executives.
• Ability to architect and sell multi-platform EAM/APM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy and roadmap for EAM/APM services leveraging IFS and IBM Maximo.
• Lead executive client conversations and develop winning proposals and scope.
• Oversee complex EAM/APM implementations with QA/QC oversight.
• Mentor and scale the EAM delivery team across enterprise utility clients.
