1898 & Co. is seeking an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Service Offering Director to lead a dual-platform practice across IFS Cloud and IBM Maximo for North American utilities and infrastructure clients.

You will shape go-to-market strategy, architect integrated EAM/APM solutions, and oversee high-value client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and business growth within a hybrid leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, computer science, MIS, or related field from an accredited program and 13 years of relevant experience required.
• Equivalent years of experience may substitute the degree requirement.
• Excellent business acumen with proven success managing consulting engagements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for executive audiences.

Responsabilités

• Define the EAM strategy and go-to-market roadmap for EAM and APM services across IFS and IBM Maximo.
• Lead executive client conversations with utilities to uncover pain points and align needs with EAM solutions.
• Architect robust EAM/APM/grid operations solutions and oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Grow and mentor the EAM delivery practice, ensure QA/QC, and drive cross-selling across internal lines.
