The role blends strategy, business development, architecture, and delivery oversight within the Enterprise System & Integration group. You will define go-to-market strategies, lead high-value sales pursuits, architect integrated EAM/APM solutions, and ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field and 13 years of experience or equivalent.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing consulting engagements.
• Analytical skills to interpret large data sets and derive insights.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to present to executives.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Define EAM strategy and go-to-market for multi‑platform solutions (IFS & Maximo).
• Lead executive conversations and craft winning proposals.
• Oversee complex EAM/APM implementations with QA/QC discipline.
• Scale the delivery team and mentor staff for growth.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with cross‑selling across lines.
