Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Service Offering Director to lead and scale our EAM practice across North America. You will shape strategy, oversee delivery, and drive multi-platform engagements with IFS Cloud and IBM Maximo for utility and infrastructure clients.

As a hybrid leader, you will mentor talent, win new business, and align client needs with cutting-edge EAM/APM solutions while ensuring high-quality outcomes and growth for the practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, CS, MIS or related field with 13 years of relevant experience.
Excellent business acumen and proven success managing consulting engagements.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Define EAM strategy and go-to-market for EAM and APM using IFS and IBM Maximo.
Lead executive client conversations and align needs with EAM solutions.
Oversee complex EAM/APM implementations ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Mentor and scale the EAM delivery team across internal and client engagements.
