Qualifications

8+ years Intelligent Asset Management experience in real estate and facilities processes for large global clients.
End-to-end lifecycle implementation experience with IBM Maximo or ServiceNow as work stream lead or project lead.
Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance processes and integration with finance, logistics, procurement and manufacturing.
Experience with ERP/technology functions in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead large projects in analyze, design and implementation phases for asset management initiatives.
Translate client strategy into holistic business and technology transformation.
Collaborate with sales, leadership, and project teams to drive successful adoption.
