Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Analyst, Pricing Analytics to join the Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team. You will support multiple internal organizations with pricing initiatives, test performance, and provide insights to inform revenue management decisions.

Based in McLean, VA or Dallas, TX with a hybrid schedule, you will run data extracts, develop reports, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive value for global hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience creating and analyzing reports or dashboards.
• Experience with BI/data tools such as MicroStrategy and Excel.
• Hybrid work arrangement McLean, VA or Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with the business or key partner groups.
• Support multi-year pricing initiatives to ensure targets are hit.
• Run queries to pull data extracts, synthesize analyses, and interpret trends.
• Support recurring business reporting including the Commercial Performance Review and QBR.
