Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Manager, Data Management to own the data foundation powering Hilton measurement and reporting. You will lead data quality, taxonomy governance, and multi-source integration in a dashboard-first environment using Power BI.

This role requires 4–6+ years in data engineering/analytics with strong client-facing skills and autonomous work style. Remote-friendly with hybrid office expectations in major hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field.
• 4-6+ years in data engineering, data management, or analytics engineering in high-volume environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of data QA and taxonomy governance with a defined QA process.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality, QA processes, and taxonomy governance across Hilton measurement workstreams.
• Transition recurring reports to a dashboard-first environment (Power BI) with data integrity.
• Integrate multi-source, multi-channel data into clean, reliable datasets for decision making.
• Partner cross-functionally with measurement, analytics, and account teams to align data infrastructure with plans.
• Serve as the trusted data lead in client interactions, setting expectations and delivering credible recommendations.
