Job summary

Hilton, through Talent Solutions, seeks a Data Product Leader to drive strategy, development, and delivery of data reporting tools within the Analytics Product organization. You will lead focus teams, partnering with analytics, business, data, and external stakeholders across Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, Digital, and MarTech to shape roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of impactful data solutions.

You will collaborate with CRM on Master Data Management and help build a Customer Data Platform,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Experience driving data and analytics projects in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead data reporting tool strategy and roadmaps across Marketing, Loyalty and MarTech.
• Manage cross-functional project timelines, scope and budgets.
