Job summary
Gradera Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to accelerate revenue growth by expanding our enterprise footprint. You will engage with C-suite and senior leaders to drive AI-native transformation programs through our Software-Orchestrated Services model.
You’ll work with founders and delivery leaders to build strategic opportunities, shape pursuit plans, and close high-value deals while advancing Gradera’s market leadership in enterprise transformation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account management.
- Proven success selling AI, data, or digital transformation solutions.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to open doors with senior decision-makers.
- Track record of achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Generate net-new opportunities within large enterprises.
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Lead consultative sales conversations focused on outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership on pursuit strategies.
- Facilitate executive engagements and discovery discussions.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle.
- Represent Gradera at industry events and conferences.
- Drive revenue growth and transform client experiences.
