Job summary

BrainStation is seeking an Account Executive, Enterprise, to build and grow relationships with global organizations undergoing AI-driven transformation. You will engage C-suite and senior leaders, shaping engagements from discovery through proposal and commitment, while collaborating with Strategy and delivery teams to deliver impact.

You will own a portfolio of opportunities, lead end-to-end pursuits, and translate AI trends into concrete executive recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Track record of growing relationships with enterprise or corporate clients.
• Experience in consulting, strategy, advisory or professional services business development is a plus.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading client workshops or discovery sessions.
• Disciplined pipeline management and follow-through across multiple pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with C-suite executives and AI/business leaders.
• Own a portfolio of client relationships and growth opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end pursuits from discovery to proposal and execution.
• Lead discovery to assess current state and required capabilities.
• Collaborate with Strategy and delivery teams to shape engagements.
• Develop and present advisory viewpoints on AI, digital innovation, and products.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops to build alignment and drive decisions.
• Own proposals, business cases, and the scope of new engagements.
