Job summary

BrainStation is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to build and grow relationships with global organizations undergoing AI-driven transformations. You will lead engagements from discovery through commitment, advising senior leaders on digital and AI opportunities and shaping engagements with Strategy and delivery teams.

You will own a portfolio of client relationships, lead end-to-end pursuits, and translate AI trends into executive value propositions, requiring strong executive presence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–6 years of client-facing experience with enterprise or corporate clients; consulting/strategy/advisory experience is a plus.
• Track record of building a pipeline, leading pursuits, and securing new work with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and develop a clear POV.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Experience leading client workshops or discovery sessions.
• Disciplined pipeline management and multi-pursuit follow-through.
• Genuine interest in AI and digital technology.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with C-suite executives and leaders of AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams.
• Own a portfolio of client relationships and growth opportunities; manage pipeline health.
• Lead end-to-end pursuits from discovery to proposal and commercial agreement.
• Lead discovery to assess current state, priorities, and required capabilities.
• Collaborate with Strategy and delivery teams to shape engagements meeting client needs.
• Develop and present advisory POV on digital and AI innovation; impact on products and customer experiences.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops and working sessions to gain alignment.
• Own proposal structure, business cases, and scope of new engagements.
