You will design methodologies, playbooks, and scalable frameworks that translate executive vision into measurable value, shaping product roadmaps, GTM strategy, and partner enablement across hundreds of enterprises worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale engineering or complex programs with clear business value.
• 7+ years in senior customer-facing roles with enterprise outcomes.
• 10+ years leading large-scale transformation programs with tech enablement.
• Deep expertise in enterprise business execution and process transformation.
• L300+ understanding of Amazon Quick and AWS Gen AI platform and ability to articulate business value.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI/automation adoption and change management.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead business execution transformation strategies for enterprise customers adopting Amazon Quick and AWS Gen AI services.
• Build repeatable transformation methodologies, maturity models, and assessment frameworks for AI-driven reinvention at scale.
• Synthesize learnings from customer engagements into documented playbooks and best practices informing product roadmap and GTM strategy.
• Co-develop transformation offerings with strategic consulting partners and support enablement programs.
• Monitor transformation health and drive measurable business value through executive reviews and governance.
• Develop thought leadership and best practices for AI-powered business execution transformation and influence product roadmaps.
