Job summary

BrainStation is seeking an Account Executive, Enterprise, to build and grow relationships with global organizations as they transform for the AI era. You will work with C-suite and senior leaders across AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams to shape engagements and deliver enterprise-wide AI capability.

You will own a portfolio from discovery to proposal and commitment, lead executive workshops, and present compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of client-facing experience with enterprise or corporate clients; consulting/strategy/advisory background is a plus.
• Track record of building a pipeline, leading pursuits, and securing new work with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and defend a clear point of view.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading client workshops or discovery sessions.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with C-suite executives and data/AI leaders; lead strategic conversations on enterprise AI capability.
• Own a portfolio of client relationships and the pipeline, with growth and health accountability.
• Lead end-to-end pursuits from discovery to proposal and commercial agreement.
• Lead discovery to understand current state and priorities to shape engagements.
• Work with Strategy and delivery teams to address client needs and remain the primary client contact.
• Develop and present advisory views on digital and AI innovation, products, customer experience, and competitiveness.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops and working sessions to move decisions forward.
• Own proposals, business cases, and executive presentations; shape scope and commercial structure.
