Job summary

BrainStation Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategist, Enterprise to partner with global clients on AI-driven transformation. You will shape roadmaps, lead executive discussions, and translate AI opportunities into actionable programs.

You will work across AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams, guiding clients through discovery and the design of target-state operating models. The role requires strong executive presence, 3–6 years in client-facing roles, and a passion for AI and digital

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in a client-facing role, with enterprise or corporate clients.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems independently and defend a clear point of view.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading client workshops, discovery sessions, or working sessions.
• Genuine interest in AI, digital technology, and transforming operating models.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with C-suite executives and leaders of AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding opportunity discovery and managing day-to-day client relationships.
• Develop understanding of client business models and digital operating context to identify new capabilities.
• Lead discovery and current-state assessment across people, process, and technology.
• Design target-state capabilities and sequence changes into a transformation roadmap.
• Present advisory viewpoints on digital and AI innovation, including product and customer impact.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops that drive decisions and momentum.
• Ensure proposals, presentations, and engagement documents meet senior client expectations.
