Job summary

BrainStation is seeking a Manager, Enterprise to lead engagements with global clients as they transform for the AI era. You will own the client relationship day to day, scope and shape engagements, and guide multi-workstream delivery across AI, product, marketing and data teams.

You will advise executives on digital and AI opportunities, design target-state capabilities and transformation roadmaps, and grow the business by shaping proposals and new engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years in client-facing roles leading enterprise work.
• Experience directing multi-workstream engagements end to end.
• Strong executive presence with senior stakeholder advisory.
• Willingness to travel globally; hybrid office model.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders.
• Serve as senior day-to-day advisor guiding discovery and value delivery.
• Lead end-to-end engagements from scoping to roadmap.
• Direct engagement team, set analytical approach, review deliverables.
• Design target-state capabilities and transformation roadmaps.
• Shape advisory work on digital and AI innovation.
• Design and lead executive workshops and sessions.
• Identify and secure new engagements and shape proposals.
• Contribute to BrainStation's market presence through thought leadership.
