Job summary

BrainStation seeks a Strategist, Enterprise to work with global organizations transforming for the AI era. You will engage with C-suite and business leaders to shape the roadmap for AI capability across multiple teams and functions.

This role combines discovery, workshop facilitation, and advisory work, demanding clear communication, structured problem solving, and the ability to evolve client relationships from first conversation to committed programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of client-facing experience with enterprise or corporate clients.
• Ability to structure complex problems and communicate a clear point of view.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel globally for client work.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders.
• Guide clients through opportunity discovery and engagement growth.
• Understand client business models and operating contexts.
• Support discovery and current-state assessments across people, process, and technology.
• Contribute to target-state capability designs and transformation roadmaps.
• Contribute to advisory work on digital and AI innovation.
