Fama Technologies is hiring a Technical Account Manager to lead onboarding, implementation, and customer enablement. You will own API integrations, configuration, and end-user education while driving process evolution across enterprise accounts.

You will collaborate with HR, security, and legal teams to optimize screening workflows and translate requirements into actionable projects. This role blends GTM, R&D feedback, and hands-on technical work for complex deployments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technical account management, implementation, solutions engineering, or technical support role.
• Ability to lead technical conversations with customers or partner engineering teams confidently.
• Experience managing complex IT deployments in enterprise environments.
• Bonus: experience in HR tech, background screening, investigations.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation for new customers and resellers, including API integration and sandbox setup.
• Lead evolution of clients’ business processes by mapping needs with HR, security, privacy, and compliance teams.
• Be the go-to GTM and R&D expert for product configuration, use cases, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Support pre-sales activities, IT and security questionnaires, and technical conversations with resellers and customers.
• Assist customers with AI model configuration to meet custom requirements.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point and triage escalations with engineering and product teams.
