Job summary

Forvis Mazars seeks a dynamic AI consultant to lead client engagements from strategy through execution on complex quantitative and AI challenges in financial services. You will define AI use cases, shape governance, and deliver scalable AI solutions for top institutions, partnering with executives to drive transformation.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage end-to-end engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives navigating AI adoption and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, data analytics, quantitative analysis, model development/validation, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI solutions including modeling, governance, and deployment.
• Experience in consulting or advisory roles with clients or senior leaders.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building executive-level relationships and enabling business transformation through AI.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on identifying and defining high-impact AI use cases aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with executive and technical stakeholders to prioritize AI initiatives based on value, feasibility, and risk.
• Lead development of enterprise and domain-specific AI strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
• Guide clients through AI implementation from concept to production with scalability and sustainability.
• Design and help deploy AI frameworks, infrastructure, and operating models.
• Build and orchestrate agentic workflows and AI-enabled processes.
• Provide expert guidance on AI governance, policy, and responsible AI practices.
• Identify AI-related risks and design metrics, controls, and monitoring approaches.
• Support AI model evaluation, validation, and lifecycle management activities.
• Manage AI-focused consulting engagements from scoping to delivery and close-out.
• Coach, mentor, and review the work of consultants and senior consultants.
• Serve as a confident, credible client-facing leader; lead pursuits, proposals, and client presentations.
• Build and deepen long-term client relationships rooted in trust and delivery excellence.
