Job summary

Forvis Mazars US seeks a dynamic, client-facing AI leader to join our Quantitative & AI Solutions team in New York. You will steer strategy through execution, partnering with senior stakeholders to solve complex AI and analytics challenges for premier financial services clients.

You will guide enterprise AI programs, ensure scalable deployments, and shape governance. Lead multidisciplinary teams, own end-to-end engagements, and mentor consultants while building trusted client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with hands-on AI experience.
• 8+ years in AI, data analysis, or model development/validation.
• Experience advising senior leaders on AI, digital transformation, analytics.
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on identifying high-impact AI use cases.
• Lead enterprise AI strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
• Guide AI implementation from concept to production.
• Design AI frameworks, infrastructure, and operating models.
• Coach, mentor, and review the work of consultants.
• Lead pursuits, proposals, and client presentations.
