Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years partnering with Corporate Strategy and executives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience leading technology roadmaps and aligning investments with business objectives.
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms, integrations, reporting, APIs, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology relationship manager for key enterprise functions.
• Develop and maintain strategic capability roadmaps aligning priorities with technology investments.
• Translate market trends and emerging technologies into actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, reporting, and process transformation.
• Lead governance, portfolio planning, and value realization across functions.
• Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and business teams to guide investment decisions.
• Develop business cases and strategic plans supporting corporate initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and advisory boards.
• Drive change management, communications, adoption and readiness for initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards to measure outcomes and drive improvements.
• Build scalable workforce and sourcing strategies through talent development.
