Job summary

Sierra is seeking a GTM-focused Sales Engineer to own end-to-end pre-sales, articulate business value, and design compelling demonstrations of Sierra’s AI platform for enterprise prospects in North America. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering to drive the GTM strategy and product improvements.

The role calls for 5–7+ years in technical sales, fluency in Portuguese and English, and a proven track record with complex, enterprise customers and demos.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
• Experience in demo building, presenting to customers in the GTM function.
• Ability to connect customer problems with Sierra’s solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical pre-sales processes, scoping use cases and designing platform demos.
• Lead and collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to improve agents and product development.
• Support customers as a technical leader in early conversations with executives and technical leaders.
