Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions architect, sales engineer, or technical account manager.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor through discovery, eval, and deployment for Claude adoption.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content for engineering, development teams and executives.
• Guide technical architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into their technology stack.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for specific use cases.
• Identify common integration patterns and provide feedback to Product/Engineering teams.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and relationship building.
