Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Commercial Solutions Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor. You will help customers understand the value of Claude and design scalable architectures that integrate Claude into complex stacks.

You will work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to develop evals, create reusable blueprints, and deliver hands-on prototypes while ensuring safety and reliability in deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a software engineer with customer-facing exposure or 3+ years as a Solutions Architect/Sales Engineer/Technical Account Manager with hands-on building experience.
• Builder identity with shipped software and strong craft.
• Systems mindset: reusable components over duplicative work.
• Strong coding ability and comfort with Python in real codebases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout Claude adoption, coordinating across teams.
• Support customers building with Claude APIs and enterprise products.
• Ship working prototypes, eval frameworks, and near-production examples.
