Job summary
Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts in the Mountain View area. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.
You will master MEDDPICC, craft compelling value narratives, conduct live demos of Elastic's Search, Observability, and Security capabilities, and partner with Solutions Architects, Customer
Qualifications
- 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in a SaaS, consumption-based, or usage-model environment.
- Proven ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to drive disciplined pipeline.
- Track record of executive-level presentations and demos linking product capabilities to business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own your territory and build pipeline with a proactive outbound cadence.
- Conduct deep discovery and qualification to identify high-confidence deals.
- Deliver tailored value storytelling and live demos of Elastic's capabilities.
- Collaborate with customers to build close plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
- Lead contract and pricing discussions, defending value and negotiating multi-year commitments.
