Job summary

Reducto, Inc. is seeking an experienced Deal Desk professional to own day-to-day operations, partnering with Account Executives on deal structure, pricing and documentation.

You will ensure proper agreements, manage redlines with Legal, and drive seamless handoffs to billing and provisioning in a fast-paced on-site SF office. You will automate workflows and build integrations across quoting, contracts, CRM and billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Deal Desk or contract management role.
• Ability to structure deals and craft pricing proposals.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Legal and Billing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Deal Desk operations and processes.
• Coordinate with Account Executives on deal structure and approvals.
• Manage redlines with Legal and ensure compliant agreements.
• Facilitate handoffs to billing and provisioning; drive renewals with CS.
