Reducto, Inc. is seeking a senior deal desk operator in our San Francisco office to partner with Account Executives, Legal, and Operations. You will manage deal structuring, terms, and the path to signature while expanding our automation.

The role emphasizes automation, integrations, and accurate billing handoff from contract to provisioning, with opportunities to shape pricing and contract playbooks as we scale.

Formación

• 5+ years in deal desk, contract operations, or revenue operations at a B2B software company.
• Strong business judgment; explain trade-offs and resolve issues within policy.
• Understanding of commercial agreements and required documents for deals.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and billing systems (Salesforce, Metronome, Stripe).
• Experience configuring business systems and building automations.
• Willing to be the first dedicated hire and own the function.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily deal desk operations with Account Executives on structure, terms, and approvals.
• Review pricing, discounts, and payment terms against policies; flag exceptions and route for approvals.
• Ensure contracts and attachments (order forms, data processing agreements, BAAs) are in place.
• Collaborate with Legal on redlines and non-standard agreements; clarify and coordinate with AE.
• Handoff from signature to account setup including billing, provisioning, and initial invoice.
• Improve deal desk automation and build integrations across quoting, CRM, billing, and payments.
• Oversee renewals, expansions, amendments, and true-ups with Customer Success.
• Maintain templates, workflows, and deal records with Legal and Finance.
