Job summary

Elastic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption‑based model.

This role combines sales execution with technical fluency and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate growth in the Enterprise segment. You will build proactive outbound cadences, conduct deep discovery, deliver tailored value stories and

Qualifications

Proven SaaS quota‑carrying success in enterprise deals.
Expert discovery and qualification skills using MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
Compelling storytellers who tie Elastic capabilities to measurable business value.
Strong negotiation chops with experience closing multi‑year, high‑ACV contracts.
Technical and cloud fluency across observability, security, search, and cloud cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Own your territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound activity.
Perform deep discovery to uncover pain points, budget, and decision criteria.
Deliver tailored value storytelling and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
Lead mutual deal strategy and maintain high forecast accuracy in CRM.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to land multi‑year consumption commitments.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
