Job summary

Zuora is seeking an AI Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for enterprise AI products. You will create a modern self-service AI learning experience and AI agentic applications, partnering with engineers, release managers, and business leaders to deliver value.

You will also own training materials, messaging, and governance to ensure scalable adoption and impact across corporate operations. A strong background in product management and AI tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in product management or closely related roles for enterprise software.
• Proven ability to take a product from discovery through launch and iterate.
• Working knowledge of LLMs and agentic workflows; able to explain to non-technical audiences.
• Daily use of generative AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or Glean.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and messaging skills; capable of building training content.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned to Enterprise AI OKRs.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog using impact, effort, risk, and data; reveal trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Conduct continuous discovery with executives and leaders; map workflows and pilots.
• Coordinate agile delivery with engineers, security, legal, and finance; manage releases.
• Own training and enablement content: guides, demos, FAQs, live sessions, paths.
