Zuora seeks a Product Manager, AI Platform to define and deliver the foundational platform powering Zuora's AI capabilities across Billing, Revenue, Payments, CPQ, and Platform. You’ll own end-to-end architecture—from the agent orchestration layer to user-facing interfaces—enabling intelligent, context-aware experiences for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or platform companies, with 2+ years in AI/ML platforms
• Deep experience building AI/ML platforms including LLM orchestration or agent frameworks
• Strong foundation in platform architecture, API design, and distributed systems
• Proven success shipping platform products for multiple internal and external consumers
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and product teams to drive adoption of platform capabilities
• Experience with security, audit, permissions, and human-in-the-loop controls

Responsabilités

• Own AI Platform Strategy and roadmap, including agent-to-application interaction and session management
• Enable AI across Zuora Suite with platform components and UX standards
• Drive critical platform architecture decisions across cloud infrastructure and memory management
• Define how AI integrates into Zuora’s apps with contextual awareness and conversational interfaces
• Establish enterprise governance, permissions, and audit capabilities for AI operations
• Evolve platform capabilities like memory, context management, automation, and new interaction paradigms
• Lead cross-functional execution and UX audits for cohesive AI experiences
