Job summary

Zuora, Inc. is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a set of employee-facing Enterprise AI products. You will shape a modern, self-service AI learning experience and AI agentic applications, partnering with AI Solutions Engineers and business leaders to land them successfully.

You will teach, write, and tell the story while aligning with Enterprise AI and Corporate Operations OKRs to deliver impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related role for internal or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to take a product from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Working knowledge of LLMs and agentic workflows and ability to explain them to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on daily use of generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or Glean.
• Excellent writing and messaging skills with a portfolio or samples.
• Experience designing and delivering training or enablement for cross-functional audiences.
• Experience defining product metrics and using data/feedback to inform decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrixed environment with engineering, security, and legal.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap, and success measures for your products, aligned to Enterprise AI and Corporate Operations OKRs.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog using impact, effort, risk, and data, making trade-offs visible to stakeholders.
• Run continuous discovery with executives and leaders: interviews, surveys, usage data, and feedback.
• Understand learning needs and how AI adds value in users' work.
• Map workflows, run pilots, and decide what to build, change, or retire.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and vendors to ship increments on a cadence.
• Coordinate with Security, Legal, Data, HR, and Finance to ensure safe deliveries.
• Manage releases from intake through retirement with a clear backlog.
• Own training and enablement: guides, demos, FAQs, live sessions, and learning paths.
