Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment.
• Strong customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical implementation plans.
• Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor—able to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot Notion workspaces and workflows.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to partner with account owners on renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy.
• Ability to design and help customers build workflows that drive usage-based consumption and measurable outcomes.
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with managing success plans, timelines, risks, and commitments.
• You’re obsessed with AI and actively explore new tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts and ensure customers know how to deliver outcomes with Notion.
• Contribute to net revenue retention with renewals and expansion pipeline and proactive product adoption.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion and renewal for shared accounts, owning opportunities for flat and at-risk renewals.
• Define and maintain mutual success plans guiding customers through AI Transformation and ROI demonstrations to executives.
• Facilitate use-case consultations to identify opportunities driving outcomes and value with Notion.
• Engage Services for complex implementations and coordinate with Services for successful delivery.
• Learn Notion’s product and AI ecosystem to help customers adopt new ways of working and build durable systems.
• Help build OA programs that generate customer and business outcomes across Notion’s install base.
