Job summary

Notion is seeking an Outcomes Architect to help customers turn AI ambition into working Notion systems. You’ll own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts, focusing on flat, at-risk, or high-impact opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with Solutions Consultants on strategy and planning, shaping outcomes that strengthen partnerships and revenue. The role can be based in San Francisco or New York City, with Anchor Days on Mon, Tue and Thu.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in a B2B software environment.
• Strong discovery instincts to map workflows and translate goals into implementation plans.
• Technical fluency to understand Notion workspaces and workflows and to advise customers.
• Commercial awareness for renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy.
• Ability to design workflows that link adoption to measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent program and stakeholder management across a book of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
• Contribute to net revenue retention with renewal and expansion planning.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion and renewal.
• Define mutual success plans guiding customers through AI transformation and ROI reviews.
• Facilitate use-case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to engage Services for complex implementations and ensure value delivery.
• Learn Notion’s product and AI ecosystem to help customers build durable systems.
• Help build OA programs that generate customer and business outcomes.
