Job summary

Notion is reimagining how customers derive value from software in an AI-native world. As an Outcomes Architect, you’ll help customers turn AI ambition into working Notion systems, owning workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts with a focus on flat or at-risk customers and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment.
• Strong customer-facing discovery instincts; map workflows and translate goals into plans.
• Technical fluency to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot Notion workspaces and workflows.
• Commercial awareness and ability to partner on renewal risk, expansion potential, and strategy.
• Design workflows that tie adoption to measurable commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
• Contribute to net revenue retention with renewal and expansion pipelines.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion and renewal.
• Define mutual success plans and demonstrate ROI to executives through reviews.
• Identify new workflow opportunities and engage Services for complex implementations.
• Learn Notion deeply to help customers navigate AI-enabled workflows.
