Job summary

Notion is reimagining how customers adopt and realize value from AI-powered software. As an Outcomes Architect, you’ll be the build‑beside partner helping named accounts turn AI ambition into working Notion workflows, driving adoption, value, and renewals.

You’ll partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy and planning, shape renewal opportunities for flat or at‑risk accounts, and define mutual success plans that demonstrate ROI to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a B2B software customer success, solutions consulting, or post-sales role.
• Strong discovery skills to map business problems and design implementation plans.
• Technical fluency to co-design and troubleshoot Notion workspaces and workflows.
• Commercial acumen to manage renewal risk and account strategy.
• Ability to design workflows that drive usage-based, measurable business outcomes.
• Program and stakeholder management across a book of accounts.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with urgency and empathy; translate ideas into working systems.
• Passion for AI and willingness to experiment with new tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
• Increase net revenue retention with renewal and expansion pipelines.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion and renewals.
• Define mutual success plans and periodic business reviews.
• Guide customers through AI transformations to measurable ROI.
• Identify opportunities to engage Services for complex implementations.
• Learn Notion’s product and AI ecosystem to advise customers effectively.
• Help build OA programs delivering customer and business outcomes.
