Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. The role focuses on multi-agent systems, RAG, and advanced inference optimization, requiring collaboration with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams.

You will drive architectural design, mentor engineers, and contribute to IP development while supporting strategic business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in EE, CS or Math.
• 5+ years software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems.
• Design context systems with RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and test architectures with performance benchmarks.
• Develop replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Lead and mentor Knowledge/Data team; hands-on coding.
