Job summary

EY seeks an experienced AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise use cases. You will lead multi-agent design, build context systems with RAG, and optimize distributed inference.

The role requires deep experience with AI frontier models, memory architectures, and scalable integration across complex environments. You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate across security, data, and infrastructure teams, and contribute to strategic

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficient with AI native tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub.
• Familiar with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages like Go, Rust, Java.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designs.
• Develop context systems with RAG and semantic chunking/search capabilities.
• Benchmark architectures against agent and human evaluations.
• Create and test replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams for practical outcomes.
• Mentor Knowledge/Data team members and contribute to IP filings.
