Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement advanced memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise AI use cases. You will work on multi-agent systems, context design, RAG and semantic search, and optimize distributed inference in fast-paced environments.

You will mentor the Knowledge/Data team, collaborate across security, data, and infrastructure, and contribute to IP filings while supporting business development in emerging technology.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of model fine tuning and context management.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems replicated across AI-native platforms.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking against AI and human evaluations.
• Develop replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native design processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Present at conferences and support IP development; mentor team members.
