Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native development tools and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement, benchmark, and refine architectures against evaluations.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Lead agent design requirements through AI-native processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
• Support business development activities for emerging tech.
• Present at academic venues and contribute to IP filing work.
• Mentor others on Knowledge/Data-team initiatives.
