Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise AI use cases. You will work on memory patterns including short/long-term, episodic, semantic and associative memory across multi-agent systems.

You will lead design of context systems (RAG, semantic search), benchmark performance, and mentor the Knowledge/Data team while collaborating with Security, Data and Infra groups.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and Go/Rust/Java.
• Understanding of AI native design process and model fine-tuning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement, test and benchmark architectures against agent and human evaluations.
• Create scalable integration frameworks for memory architecture across systems.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement via AI-native design processes.
• Evaluate emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development activities for emerging tech as needed.
• Present at conferences and assist in IP development.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team members.
