Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement advanced memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise multi-agent systems. You will lead memory design, RAG-enabled context systems, and scalable integration frameworks across AI-native platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering and AI, with hands-on coding and mentoring of the Knowledge/Data team. Strong collaboration across functional teams is essential in EY's hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in relevant technical field.
• 5+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native development tools and code assist.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and Go/Rust/Java.
• Understanding of AI native design, model fine-tuning and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps, Nvidia NVAIE and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across replicated AI-native designs.
• Design context systems with RAG, semantic chunking and search.
• Implement, test and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Lead AI architecture requirements and mentor QA/Data team.
• Conduct primary/secondary research on emerging memory architectures.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, Infrastructure teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support business development and present IP at conferences.
