Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement advanced memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise use cases. You will work on multi-agent system designs, semantic chunking, RAG, and context management, shaping scalable AI solutions across EY's global teams.

You will lead architecture efforts, mentor engineers, and collaborate with AI, security, data, and infrastructure groups while supporting IP filings and industry collaborations.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficient with AI-native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiar with Python, Bash and languages like Go, Rust, Java.
• Understanding of AI Native design principles and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and Microsoft Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking against agent and human evals.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for memory architecture across systems.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement through AI Native design process.
• Assess emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals through research.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams for practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team members.
