Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC seeks an Instructional Designer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale learning experiences that build AI fluency, accelerate Copilot adoption, and promote responsible tool use across the workforce.

You will create scalable curricula, facilitate sessions for broad audiences, translate complex AI concepts into clear training materials, and use data to drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and delivering training for a large, global enterprise (150,000+ employees preferred).
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and enterprise chat experiences.
• Broad understanding of AI tools, responsible AI practices, prompt design, and AI-enabled workflow transformation.
• Strong instructional design capabilities including needs analysis, audience segmentation, curriculum architecture, learning objectives, assessment methods, adoption reinforcement, and blended-learning design.
• Proven facilitation skills for engaging, practical, outcome-focused training across diverse global audiences.
• Experience applying organizational change management principles, readiness planning, resistance management, and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide training and change-enablement strategies that support large-scale AI adoption across regions, functions, roles, and levels of digital maturity.
• Design role-based learning curricula for Copilot concepts and other approved AI tools, tailored to multiple audiences and workflows.
• Create learning journeys that move employees from awareness to confidence, practical application, responsible use, and sustained behavior change.
• Identify audience-specific change impacts and adoption barriers; translate insights into targeted learning plans.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and labs for broad employee audiences, leaders, champions, and targeted personas.
• Translate technical AI capabilities, risks, and use cases into clear, accessible training materials for technical and non-technical employees.
• Develop scalable enablement assets: facilitator guides, job aids, prompts, exercises, knowledge articles, and trainer materials.
• Create engaging video content that supports AI learning and reinforces key messages.
• Use data and learner insights to evaluate training effectiveness, measure adoption, and improve curriculum and delivery.
